How we handle your data.
Last updated: 1 May 2026. Vulpine Horizons is operated by Vulpine GmbH, Winzerweg 27, 8054 Seiersberg-Pirka, Austria (full imprint). We collect the minimum needed to deliver the newsletter and respond to messages.
1. What we collect
Newsletter signup. When you subscribe to The Horizons Letter via the form on this site, we collect your email address. We use MailerLite (servers in the EU) as our newsletter provider. MailerLite stores your email and processes the delivery of newsletters on our behalf. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Direct email. When you write to office@vulpine-industries.com, your message and email address arrive in our inbox and are stored there until the conversation is concluded or you ask us to delete it.
Analytics. This site does not use cookies, third-party tracking, or behavioral analytics. Server-side request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) are kept by our hosting provider for operational and security purposes for up to 30 days, then deleted.
2. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Newsletter: consent (Art. 6 (1) (a)). Confirmed via double opt-in.
- Email correspondence: legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f)) for replying to your message, or contract performance (Art. 6 (1) (b)) where applicable.
- Server logs: legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f)) for operating and securing the site.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, brokers, or third parties for marketing.
We use the following processors strictly to operate the imprint:
- MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, EU) — newsletter delivery.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU) — site hosting.
Both processors are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
4. Retention
- Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
- Email correspondence is retained until the conversation is concluded, then archived for a maximum of 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
- Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
