The portfolio, in three sites

Felix's work lives on three surfaces, on purpose:

Three rooms in one house. The split exists so each room can do one thing well — and so this site can stay a quiet, well-bound shelf rather than a feed.

What sits on the shelf

Subtract to Ship is the four-volume method — Validate, Build, Grow, Scale — releasing September 15, 2026. It is the book version of the methodology Felix has used for twenty years across innovation consulting, twelve shipped and exited products, and a hundred-plus coached startups.

Build MDR and Scale eCommerce & Marketplace are domain extensions of the same method. Build MDR (with Tibor Zechmeister of Zechmeister Solutions) is for medical-device companies pursuing EU MDR certification — where the cost of additive thinking is measured in years lost to the audit cycle. Scale eCommerce & Marketplace applies the method to the SKU, channel, and operating decisions that make or break a scaling eCommerce business.

Late to the Table and Back at the Table are a different thread on the same shelf. Felix's two-volume memoir and masterclass on adult-discovered magic — the rabbit hole that started with a deck of cards in a hotel room and ended with co-founding Vulpine Creations and bringing the oldest performing art into the keynote work. They sit alongside the business books, not underneath them. No methods are revealed.
